Veil / Drowning Room split 7"

This was the second Fistheldhigh / Moo Cow collaboration. Drowning Room from upstate NY turn out two tracks of great deep vocaled "deathcore" hardcore. Some of the best of that genre that exists. They also did a solo 7" on Trip Machine Laboratories on which they releases one of the same songs as they released on this record. That never made sense to me but the records came out about the same time and neither label knew about it until the records were done. They later did a full length CD which I never heard. I've heard it was more mainstream metal and not so good, but as I said, I never heard it. Veil, from Germany, was a band that impressed me with their two previous 7"s. I describe them as Strife on speed. This track unfortunately is not one of their better efforts. I hate saying that, but I have to be honest with you. This band later went onto releasing records on Century Media in Europe. I've never heard any of those CDs.

Pressing Info: 1st press of 200 on gold vinyl, 1000 on black vinyl. 2nd and 3rd presses of 500 each on black vinyl. No known differences between black vinyl presses.
